We’re currently hiring for two key positions:
Both roles are full-time and focused on residential flatwork projects including driveways, patios, sidewalks, garage floors, stamped concrete, and custom concrete features.
Residential Concrete Finisher (Experienced)
This role is for someone who knows concrete and takes pride in clean, durable, professional finishes. You’ll be responsible for the final product homeowners see every day—so attention to detail matters.
What you’ll do:

Pour, place, level, and finish residential concrete surfaces
-
Perform broom, smooth trowel, stamped, exposed aggregate, and decorative finishes
-
Cut joints, edge surfaces, and manage curing for long-term durability
-
Work closely with the crew and homeowners to meet project expectations
-
Maintain a clean, safe job site
What we’re looking for:

2–3+ years of residential concrete finishing experience
-
Strong knowledge of tools, mixes, and finishing techniques
-
Ability to work outdoors and handle physically demanding tasks
-
Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic

Residential Concrete Laborer (Entry to Mid-Level)
This position is ideal for someone who’s ready to work hard, learn the trade, and grow. You’ll support finishers and crew leads in every phase of residential concrete work.
What you’ll do:

Prep job sites (excavation, grading, forms, reinforcement)

Assist with pours, spreading, vibrating, and basic finishing
-
Load/unload materials, clean tools, and maintain the site
-
Work as part of a team to keep projects on schedule
What we’re looking for:

Construction or labor experience preferred (entry-level candidates welcome)

Physical stamina and comfort working outdoors

Willingness to learn and follow direction

Positive attitude and reliability
